Maggies – More than just a job

Maggie’s is a network of drop-in centres across the United Kingdom and abroad that aim to help anyone who has been affected by cancer. In 2024 Duncan Cowles shot and edited their recruitment film More Than Just a Job.

More than Just a Job continues a long-standing collaboration between Maggie’s and Duncan’s filmmaking. Duncan has also worked on short docs such as Olivia’s Story, staff training films, their 2023 Xmas campaign What Really Matters and pre-treatment films aimed at reducing anxiety for people who are about to receive cancer treatment, and all those who love them.
